I checked on another PC that is used for Skype and that uses the same type of camera. The only thing that has happened was Windows 10 was upgraded from version 1511 to 1607. The drivers are up to date and haven't changed since the last time I set up this Skype connection. I checked the camera for updates but there were none. As said I was able to get a 1080P image previously, less than a month ago to be exact. I can bump it down to 720 and it works fine. The caller uses a Logitech C290 camera that allows 1080P which I have set up previously for the user with no problem, today however when I chose 1080P I get a black screen where I should see the camera image. I was called to set up a Skype meeting today.
